It wasn’t until after I named this drink I realized it sounds like a Coronavirus Synonym to Typhoid Mary, haha sorry to all the Ritas out there – this was not my intention! But I am keeping the name because it gets my point across.
This is a fun easy one you can make at the beach, outside while grilling etc… very easy, without a lot of tools or steps.
Instructions:
- Open bottle of Corona Beer
- Chug a few sips
- Pour shot of tequila and a shot of margarita mix into beer
- Splash of orange liquor optional
- Add lime slice (dipped it in salt-optional)
Voila! Corona Margarita. Two of my fav drinks combined into one. Happy Friday Everyone!

Here is the fast and easy recipe for homemade sour mix:
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 cup simple syrup
Lasts in fridge for a week to 10 days.
....but will there be wine?
