Espresso martinis are one of my favorite drinks, I probably made 1,000 of them when bartending in the North End. But before we get into that recipe. I am proud to share a little life update first – I recently took the exam for my real estate license, and passed. This is something that I thought about for a while and if it weren’t for COVID unemployment back in the spring, I am not I would have “gotten off the ride” of my marketing life.
So take that 2020 – I am ending the year on a good note. You have have gotten the best of me for the most of this year, but 2021 is going to be my year.
So let’s make Espresso Martinis and cheers to a new year.
Ingredients:
- 2oz Vodka (I like vanilla vodka in mine)
- 2oz Kahlua
- 1oz Espresso (I brew mine day of and then chill it in fridge)
- Bailey’s (optional)
Shake with ice and serve straight up
